Scenarios
Compare several assumptions on the same model, without rebuilding it.
A Pigment partner, specialised in retail planning
We design and deploy the planning platforms that connect finance, merchandising, supply chain and sales. An independent firm, fifteen consultants, one single specialism.
Illustration of range steering. Fictional data.
What we do
In most companies, finance, merchandising and supply chain plan on three different sets of numbers. We bring those teams back onto the same data, in the same tool, at the same rhythm — and we stay until the process runs without us.
Budget, rolling forecast, margin steering, multi-entity consolidation.
Range building, open to buy, collection framing, assortment by channel.
Buying, phasing, production planning, replenishment and store allocation.
Sales forecasting, network monitoring, trade events and residual stock steering.
Process map
From the business plan to store replenishment, each function plans across three horizons. We work on whichever scope is your priority, or across the whole map when you want to connect these processes together.
Planning when everything moves
Tariffs, supply disruptions, demand reversals. The planning cycle has shortened faster than the tools that carry it. The point is no longer to produce one accurate plan, but to be able to produce a new one within hours.
Pigment's AI agents speed up that loop. They also shift where the effort sits: building a model becomes fast, knowing which one to build becomes decisive.
Compare several assumptions on the same model, without rebuilding it.
Move from a quarterly forecast to a monthly, or even weekly one.
Know where every figure comes from, and what has changed since the previous version.
Business teams querying the plan themselves, without going through a central team.
Our approach
Depending on where you stand, we take on the role your project is missing. Framing the roadmap with your business leaders, owning the product in front of the teams, or providing the consultants who build.
We run requirement discovery with your business teams and turn the result into a readable roadmap: scope, workstreams, sequence, what gets done and what waits.
A product owner who speaks both business and tool, writes the user stories, arbitrates the backlog and holds the quality of the build. This is the role we are asked for most.
Teams assembled to build, test and deliver, with a cost-to-expertise ratio we are happy to compare with that of the large integrators.
Industries
Our main ground is brands with store networks, where the collection constraint meets the stock constraint. The same planning mechanics serve well beyond that.
Collections, international networks, steering by house and by market.

Partnership
The platform we build most of our projects on. A single database for finance, merchandising and supply chain, with models that change as fast as the questions arrive.

Clients
Brands and houses across retail, beauty and luxury, in France and internationally.
Team
The firm was founded by Olivier Delande and Sarra Bouaziz. All our consultants have deployed planning platforms in demanding environments: multiple brands, multiple currencies, multiple entities. We practise this craft with a strong team spirit, including with our clients.
Olivier has supported clients through operational and financial transformations for more than twenty years. He led the BI and EPM offerings at Cegid, then a 200-strong planning consultancy, before co-founding FutureWise. A graduate of Toulouse Business School, finance track.
For fifteen years Sarra has supported iconic retail brands and houses in redesigning their supply, merchandising and finance processes, as a product owner and project director. She also works upstream of projects: solution evaluation, budget estimation and project planning. An ISIMA engineering graduate.
Certified Pigment Advanced Application Builder and Anaplan Model Builder.
Damien leads business and operational transformations across retail, luxury and consumer goods. He combines operational levers — commerce, merchandising, supply chain, planning — with financial steering, from framing through to delivery. He co-founded and grew a management consulting firm over more than ten years, building the teams and structuring the offerings.
Benjamin implements planning solutions for supply chain as well as finance. A product owner and solution architect, he has worked on demanding distribution planning and merchandise planning topics for couture houses and beauty brands. An ESIEA engineering graduate.
Certified Pigment Advanced Application Builder and Anaplan Solution Architect.
Edgar designs and optimises EPM models, exclusively on Pigment for the past two years. He moves easily between business topics — finance, HR, supply chain, merchandising — and technical ones: APIs, SQL, data and BI.
Certified Pigment Advanced Application Builder and Anaplan Solution Architect.
Edouard works on FP&A and financial steering processes. He knows those processes from the inside, along with several of the market solutions that support them: SAP, OneStream and Pigment.
Mael supports companies in implementing their FP&A and retail solutions. An Anaplan then Pigment expert, he holds a management control degree from IGR-IAE Rennes.
A statistician by training, Yannick was a business analyst in grocery retail before moving into consulting. He works on FP&A and sales performance projects.
Aiman models use cases, develops applications and supports users in their business processes, across finance, supply chain and retail topics.
Camille spent several years in marketing before moving into planning and AI. She works at our clients as a builder, on model construction and evolution.
We are hiring product owners, model builders and finance or supply chain consultants.
Careers
The firm is growing fast. We are looking for people who want to work on demanding planning projects, for brands whose products they know, and to progress quickly alongside experienced teams.
You will learn alongside us, on projects where you see the whole chain: framing with business leaders, building the model, user acceptance testing and go-live.
You lead a workstream or a full project: framing with business leaders, running workshops, holding the budget and the roadmap. You come from management control, FP&A or supply chain, with early experience in consulting or a tool rollout.
You turn business needs into testable user stories, arbitrate the backlog and test the solution before the users do. You can hold a reasoned position in front of an impatient business team.
You build the models on Pigment or Anaplan: dimension structure, formulas, performance, data integration. You know what a business rule costs to maintain over time.
You prepare the data and business logic so that agents produce reliable answers: master data quality, access governance, output evaluation. A data engineer or data analyst drawn to planning.
